HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Shopping with us is super easy! Just follow these steps:

  1. Choose the product type from our main menu and then select the category (luxury, embroidered, etc).
  2. Click on the products you are interested in to view images and product details. 
  3. Select preferred item/size/color/quantity and click 'ADD TO BAG'. You will be taken to your shopping cart, where you can either choose to 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' or process your order by clicking the 'CHECKOUT' option.
  4. Fill in your delivery details and choose your desired payment method: 'Cash on Delivery' or 'Bank Deposit'.
  5. Confirm the order.
  6. You will receive an email or SMS confirming your order.
  7. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a phone call on the next available working day to reconfirm your order after which it will be processed for shipping.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER PLACING AN ORDER FOR A PRODUCT?

At Araish we place a confirmation call to our customers after every order we receive. You have the right to edit your order contents or cancel the order at that time. However once your order has been confirmed and processed, you cannot make any changes. For any additional required assistance you may call our Customer Service team at 0320-1272474.

ARE MY PERSONAL DETAILS SAFE?

Our website has been designed in such a way that the use of your personal data will be minimal and will not exceed the original purpose for which it has been collected and/or processed.

WHAT IS MEANT BY THE THREAD COUNT OF ARAISH PRODUCTS?

Thread count means the total number of threads in a square inch used to weave the cloth. Higher thread count indicates a more superior quality in comparison to a lower thread count. We are proud to inform that all our products are of premium quality and impeccable standards having thread counts ranging from T120 - T400.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Delivery time depends on the type of product selected. Most products are shipped and dispatched from our branch office within 7-10 working days, whereas customized products can take up to 15 working days to arrive at your doorstep.

HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR DELIVERY CHARGES?

We offer FREE delivery within Pakistan on orders above PKR 2,000/-. On orders below this amount, you will be asked to pay a minor delivery free of PKR 150/-.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM/INCORRECT ORDER?

After an order is processed and ready for dispatch, it is thoroughly checked by our quality assurance team to make sure the items being sold are in perfect condition. However in the rare event of receiving a faulty item or an order that you did not place, please contact our customer service team immediately.

WHAT IF I WANT PRODUCTS ACCORDING TO MY SPECIFIC MATTRESS SIZE?

In case you are unable to find the size required for your bedding, we offer our customers the option of ordering customized bedding, which will be specifically tailor-made according to your desired sizes. Please speak to our Customer Services team at 0320-1272474 for further details.

IS DELIVERY OPTION AVAILABLE FOR ALL CITIES IN PAKISTAN?

Yes, we are delivering products nationwide using COD and Bank Deposit payment methods.

IS INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OPTION AVAILABLE?

International delivery may not be available on our website, but you can place an order with us via WhatsApp at 03201ARAISH. Please note that shipping charges will vary according to product weight and destination of delivery.

WHAT IS THE PERSONALIZATION OPTION AND HOW CAN I UTILIZE IT?

Make your home linen, yours! Also perfect for gifting, you can now select any item from our store and get it personalized; you can have your name, monogram, or your initials embroidered on the selected product with the font and color of your choice. Most popular items personalized are cushions and towel sets.

We offer personalized single and/or pair (His & Hers) cushion covers that go along with the matching bed set purchased, in the same color scheme. Cushion covers can also be ordered separately according to your personal preference of the color.
